Ryan C. Swanson

Ryan Swanson’s practice focuses on the financial services area of vehicle finance, commercial and consumer leasing and equipment leasing. She also has extensive experience in banking and public finance areas, particularly working with foreign and domestic banks as direct lenders and representing banks and insurance companies as providers of structured investments. Her experience includes various types of financing transactions, including publicly and privately offered taxable and tax-exempt securities for the benefit of state, city and local governments, health care groups, public utilities and higher education institutions located throughout the country. Further, she has experience representing retailers in a variety of real estate transactions including the acquisition, leasing, development and disposition of properties nationwide.
